Retired Attorney and still serves as the Chair of the American Bar Association Standing Committee on the Law Library of Congress. He served on the District of Columbia City Council. He is Chair of the Arthur C. Clarke Foundation - Washington , D.C. , an organization devoted to the advancement of Aerospace technology. He founded the National Center for Bicycling & Walking over 30 years ago.

Partner with her husband in the accounting firm, Allen, Allen and Foster. She is a charter member (1989) of the Daphne–Spanish Fort Rotary Club and served as President Elect for the 2007-2008 year. She has served as President and VP of Smart Coast Board and has managed the financial accounts for four years.

Founder and President of Hunter Ventures, LLC, a six year old business that invests in, assists with capital raising for, and provides financial consulting services to municipalities, real estate developers, and start up and small businesses. She managed a municipal bond portfolio for Allstate Investments prior to moving to the coast. She has worked with the Mobile Downtown BID District.
Mary Kay Polys - Secretary
CEO of Robertsdale Assisted Living Facility
Presently managing an assisted living facility in Robertsdale. She has served as Secretary on the Board. She brings a strong educational backgound in wellness, disease prevention and health as well as strong skills in management and operations of health institutions.

Landscape Architect/Planner in Mobile and sits on the Planning Commission for the City of Mobile. He is a Continuing Education Instructor of Low Impact/Green Site Design principles for realtors, engineers, and developers. He served on Mobile Mayor's Smart Growth Committee.

Recently retired from the Youth Leadership Program for the Eastern Shore Chamber. She is married to Julian Walthall, pastor of Spanish Fort Presbyterian Church. Carolyn helped create and direct several ongoing programs (youth leadership development, study programs at church, community telephone helpline and Murphy HS PTA.)

She is associated with numerous projects that use sustainable design, energy efficient concepts and water conservation practices. She has a Masters In Architecture and Design and a Masters in Geology. Additionally, she has a comprehensive technical ability in the computer world.

Ralph has taught non-profit management and served on the Boards of many Boards; Volunteers of America; Institute of Human Relations, Loyola University, New Orleans; Catholic Charities of New Orleans. He has given Board development/recruitment workshops mainly to community group boards covering finance responsibilities, legal responsibilities, et cetera. He is a trained facilitator with a good deal of experience with community groups.
